iPad Mini 2 Unboxing Review vs. iPad Mini 3

February 21, 2015 By Justin

Recently I purchased an iPad Mini 2 for personal use but had to make a decision between the iPad Mini 2 vs. iPad Mini 3.  In the end, I chose the iPad Mini 2 as the better value for a number of other reasons which I’m going to share with you in this article.

The major differences between the iPad Mini 2 vs. iPad Mini 3 are minimal.  The iPad Mini 3 added Touch ID and did away with the 32GB version, kept the 16GB version and added the 64GB and 128GB option.  Outside of the Touch ID, there’s very little that makes the iPad Mini 3 worth the extra cash, making the iPad Mini 2 easily the best value decision. Microsoft Zune 30 Gig Frozen Fix

January 2, 2009 By Justin

Reports are pouring in of the meltdown of the Microsoft Zune 30 gigabyte mp3 player. This is the same one I purchased a year ago. If your zune is frozen here is what Microsoft is recommending:

  1. Disconnect your Zune from USB and AC power sources.
  2. Because the player is frozen, its battery will drain—this is good. Wait until the battery is empty and the screen goes black. If the battery was fully charged, this might take a couple of hours.
  3. Wait until after noon GMT on January 1, 2009 (that’s 7 a.m. Eastern or 4 a.m. Pacific time).
  4. Connect your Zune to either a USB port on the back or your computer or to AC power using the Zune AC Adapter and let it charge. [Read more…] about Microsoft Zune 30 Gig Frozen Fix

Don Tapscott ‘WIKINOMICS’ Collaboration – Akron Ohio

January 10, 2008 By Justin

Today I went to EJ Thomas Hall in Akron Ohio to a forum that the University of Akron sponsors. They invite different speakers from all over the world for the benefit of the local community. The speaker today was Don Tapscott, author of Wikinomics which is basically a real good introduction for non-internet savvy individuals who desire to understand the paradigm shift of both the corporate business model and social collaboration.
